Deputies: Man Shot at Apartment Complex on Texas Avenue, Dies

A man who was critically injured during a shooting incident nearly two weeks ago has died, Orange County deputies say.

24-year-old Emerson Severe, aka Sebastian Guizonne died from a gunshot wound he sustained on September 14.

Investigators found Severe at the side of one of the buildings at the Buchanan Bay Apartment complex, 4751 South Texas Avenue, around 8:30 p.m. Suffering from a gunshot wound, he was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center, in critical condition.

Investigators have not released any details in relation to this homicide.
