Port Orange police said Thursday, that the human remains found in the backyard of accused rapist, James Maxwell, are those of Chasity Starr, 29.
In June, police and Florida Department of Law Enforcement officers spent days searching the backyard of a home belonging to Maxwell, where they found human remains.
