Victoria Siplin: Florida’s Most UnWanted
Victoria Siplin, wife of State Senator Gary Siplin (D-Orlando), running to represent the people of state Senate District 12, tops the list of “most wanted” politicians, according to The Political Hurricane.
The political blog has complied a “Wanted” list of those offenders that will, or have voted against progessive ideas in the past and will do the same thing in the future. So, it’s time to “lock up” the most egregious of offenders and send them back to their districts or not let them set foot in Tallahassee.
Victoria Siplin, a newcomer to politics, no doubt will follow in her husband’s footsteps and vote against the needs of the district, if elected.
Gary Siplin has sided more with the Florida Chamber and the Associated Industries of Florida, according to the politicalhurricane.com. He supported the privatization of Florida prisons, voted to cut education expenditures, voted ‘yes’ on a measure that forces public sector employees to take a 3 percent pay cut, ‘yes’ for a bill that will measure student growth based solely on test scores and assessments, and ‘yes’ to prohibit insurance coverage for abortions. Let’s also not forget, Gary voted for the now infamous “Stand Your Ground” law.
Rep. Geraldine Thompson against whom Victoria Siplin is running, declared recently at a debate forum that, the Siplins would “sell you for 30 cents,” if they could.
Furthermore, Thompson characterized Gary’s term as one of disservice to the people of the district.
So, Victoria Siplin should be considered extremely dangerous, The Political Hurricane warns.
