Deputies Arrest 27 in Undercover Prostitution Sting
Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies announced Tuesday that 27 people have been arrested on prostitution and drug related charges.
The two-day undercover operation took place last week-end near the 4000 block of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee.
In addition to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, several other units participated in the operation, including the Robbery Unit, West/South Criminal Investigations Property Crimes, Narcotics Enforcement Team, Tourist Policing Unit, Gang Unit and Child Abuse/Sex Crimes Unit.
A statement from the Sheriff’s Office said, the undercover operation was a “result of complaints from businesses of illegal activity in the area.”
