Have you been ripped off by 42-year-old Shawn Jordan? Jordan is currently in the Polk County Jail on charges ranging from battery and trespassing, to grand theft, and fraud.

Seniors vs. Crime in Haines City has six listed complains so far, and there may be others.

Jordan offers various home repair services to elderly or disabled victims asking for payment up front. Then he never returns to finish what he was paid to do, investigators said.

Jordan is currently in custody at the Polk County Jail on the following charges: Battery, Trespassing, Scheming to Defraud, and 3 counts of Grand Theft.

Seniors vs. Crime is a joint partnership between the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the Haines City Police Department, and senior citizen volunteers. They work with Seniors who may have been victimized by fraud or who have serious consumer complaints.
