“How to Prevent Diabetes” at Orlando West Ministries in Pine Hills

Grace Medical Home and United Way are hosting a free session on how to prevent and manage diabetes, which is the seventh leading cause of death affecting more than 25 million people.

Dinner and childcare will be provided while attendees enjoy FREE health screenings, diabetic counseling and in-depth education on preventative measures such as diet and exercise.
