Lowe’s Holds “Women Build Clinic” for Habitat for Humanity

On Saturday, April 16, Lowe’s will host a “Women Build Clinic.”  This event is designed to teach women to use power tools and other basic construction skills. This particular clinic is being held in preparation for Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Week, but all women who are interested in learning about construction are encouraged to attend.

In 2008, Lowe’s sponsored the first “National Women Build Week” and still underwrites the overall Women Build Program. Habitat Orlando is proud to partner with our local Lowe’s stores for a second year. The Habitat for Humanity Women Build Week takes place on May 2 to 7.
