A trail of blood left by a burglar at a home in Osceola County on Tuesday, led deputies to arrest a man in the Bellalago subdivision. Carlus Lamar Parker, 37, of Valley View Drive in Kissimmee was arrested and charged with unoccupied burglary, battery on a law enforcement and resisting without violence.
