17-year-old Charged with Attempted First Degree Murder of Librarian

Orange County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a suspect in the attempted murder of a librarian at the South Creek Library on Monday morning. Angel Luis Rios-Labrador was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with attempted first degree murder, occupied burglary, grand theft and possession of burglary tools.
