Casey’s Fall: No Policy, Procedures Violated
An internal review by the Orange County Corrections Department of Casey Anthony’s fall has concluded that no policy or procedural violations were breached. Anthony fell face forward on June 1st when the chains of her leg irons became wedged in the elevator door shaft, as she was being escorted from the 19th to the 23rd floor of the Orange County Courthouse.
