He used the occasion to push back hard against GOP senators who repeatedly block measures that would bring relief to the millions of Americas struggling across the country.
Report: Foreclosed Homes Account for 31% of First-Quarter Sales
Homes in foreclosure accounted for 31 percent of all residential sales from January to March 2010, according to a new report from RealtyTrac. The average sales price of properties that sold while in some stage of foreclosure was nearly 27 percent below the average sales price of properties not in the foreclosure process, according to the California-based research group.
