Orlando Hotels Sustain Declines in Key Indicators

The Orlando hotel occupancy rate dropped to 50.3% for the week ending 7th November 2009, said Smith Travel Research.  That’s  5.4 percent lower than the hotel occupancy for the same period in 2008.

floridays01Also, there were declines in other key indicators, the Average Daily Rate (ADR)  and the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).

The ADR was down to $91.34 a decline of 13.7 percent, while the RevPAR was $45.96, a decline of 18.3 percent from 2008.
