Lee Anthony’s Girlfriend Questioned

Mallory Parker, the girlfriend of Casey Anthony’s brother, was questioned Friday by prosecutors at the State Attorney’s office.

Parker, who is dating Lee Anthony, began answering questions under oath this morning around 9:00 am.  Lee Anthony had been deposed several weeks ago by prosecutors.   Jose Baez, one member of Casey Anthony’s defense team attended the proceedings today, but said nothing at the conclusion.

Casey Anthony, 23, sits in an Orange County jail, charged with first degree murder in the death of her two-year old daughter, Caylee Marie.

Anthony, if convicted, could face the death penalty.  Her trial is expected to commence in the summer of 2010.
