On November 6, 2009, the Orlando Police Department arrested Jason Rodriguez for First Degree Murder that occurred at 1000 Legion Place in Downtown Orlando.

Orlando Police Department is attempting to account for Mr. Rodriguez’ whereabouts from the time he left the scene at about 11:45a.m.to the time he was taken into custody at about 2:15p.m.
