OPD Charge Three in 2006 Shooting

Orlando Police Department- Homicide  Detectives earlier today charged 3 people in connection with the murder of David Tellis, 20 years.

Tellis was shot and killed on the basketball court at the Northwest Community Center at 3955 WD Judge Road on December 15 2006.    OPD responded to a shooting where the victim was found shot to death.

The Investigation revealed that Tellis was killed because the suspects believed that he cooperated with police that were investigating a previous robbery and shooting incident.

Long, Kendrick

Kendrick Long

Bellamy, Jerome Jerome Bellamy

Kendrick Long, 25, and Jerome Bellamy, 29, have both been charged with 1st degree murder. Bellamy is currently in prison on unrelated weapons charges.

Bryant, Evondria

Evondria Bryant,  26, has been charged with Accessory after the fact, in the 1st degree murder.

Long and Bryant are currently in the Orange County Jail.
